I am writing to give you feedback on the service we re-ceived from you when our Mazda 6 Estate Reg. No. XXXXXXX was repaired by you (invoice dated 05/01/2012). I have waited a few weeks before giving feedback because I wanted to drive the car for a while after the repair.
From the first telephone call we received from you (made within a few hours as promised by the insurer) to the final collection of the car we were delighted with the service we re-ceived.
You provided us with a courtesy car from the day you phoned us, carried out an excellent repair (promptly - given that it was over the Christmas period) and returned the car immaculately clean (when, I have to admit, it was given to you in a filthy condition having had three dogs in it on a wet and muddy day). All this was done in a friendly, helpful and polite manner. I will certainly be asking to use you again should we be unfortunate enough to have another acci-dent.
I would add that your service contrasted enormously with the service we have received in the past from the XXXXXX Bodyshop just down the A4 from you. We have had very poor service from them in the past but this time the insurer still referred our work to them. They did not phone us for three days and when they did it was only to say that they could not provide us with a courtesy car until January (over two weeks later and over the Christmas and new year period). At that point we phoned the insurer to ask for an alternative repairer and were referred to you.
It was a pleasure to deal with you; thank you for all your help.

"My Golf GTi (XXXXXXX) was with AutoTech for the past couple of weeks for a front wing repair.
My car was collected from home on Thursday 29 December and whilst I was initially disappointed that I was not told that it would be several days before any work was going to be done, and therefore I could have kept the car over the New Year weekend, I wanted to write to let you know that overall I was very impressed with the level of service from your com-pany.
It is rare these days for a company to contact you proactively and provide an update on the work being done and informing you of the expected completion date and I very much appreciated those calls. I also appreci-ate that you did what you could to get my car finished within a timescale to suit me.
I would particularly like to single out Dan, who was the person calling me and who took my calls. He was very helpful throughout.
