We hold accounts with all major insurers. This enables us to carry out work for any insurer and invoice them directly. We also hold many direct approvals.

These approvals mean we can offer an enhanced service to our mutual customers and speed the claim process up.

We have a focus on communication between ourselves and fleet managers which includes a dedicated web link so they can monitor the claim process live on our system.
